OUR STORY

In 2020, Mpathic was born out of Virtual Service Operations (VSO) during a world pandemic. When human interaction was needed most, co-founders Gary Hale and Doug Dewey realized there is an opportunity for empathy to intersect with technology and provide public sector and commercial enterprises with the best-in-class service and interaction.

Mpathic is a comprehensive CCaaS, providing our clients omnichannel stand-alone contact centers as well as staff augmenting customer support. Our U.S.-based and educated workforce proudly delivers First Call Resolution rates >90%, transfer rates between 6-8%, and consistently leaves customers in a state of elated disbelief.
